About the event

Awaken your body's innate intelligence through mindful, somatic dance. In this class, you'll be guided by Jennifer, founder of Embodied Wisdom by Design, on an inward journey of embodied self-discovery.

Through gentle, organic movements sourced from contemporary dance, yoga, and somatic practices, you'll learn to move with greater awareness, presence, and mind-body integration. The emphasis is on tuning into the vast wisdom within your cells and allowing your body to guide the way.

This class cultivates a state of embodied mindfulness-bringing curious, non-judgmental attention to your visceral experience in the present moment. By quieting the mental chatter, you connect to the language of sensations, opening new pathways for self-healing, creativity, and wholeness.

This class is a unique improvised movement meditation, following the inherent unfolding and changing landscapes within. As you attune to the subtle energies, rhythms, and impulses arising, new experiences of fluidity, aliveness, and freedom naturally emerge.

Whether a total beginner or seasoned mover, all are welcome in this inclusive, nurturing space to explore the profound intelligence of the body.

Come away feeling more grounded, integrated, and in touch with your essential nature.

No prior experience is necessary, only the curiosity and willingness to explore yourself in new ways. Dress comfortably and bring an open mind and heart. Let Jennifer skillfully guide you on this transformative somatic journey.
