Leah Vanderlinden, an experienced breathwork facilitator with over 20 years in mental health and behavioral health, leads transformative journeys. Specializing in trauma release, Leah empowers participants to free unprocessed emotions through the profound force of their breath. Her expertise includes nervous system regulation, Inner Child Healing, and Ancestral/Generational Healing. Beyond her professional background, Leah manages an online spiritual community, offers energy healing, and conducts intuitive readings.
