What to Expect:
6:30 - 7:00 | Guests arrive and tea and community are enjoyed
7:00 - 7:10 | We settle into the mat and prepare to leave the world behind for just a brief while
7:10 - 7:30 | Sound Bath
7:30 - 8:30 | Gentle movement, stretching, and breathwork
