This discovery and discussion group focuses on growing and expanding our personal and collective spiritual awareness through heart opening discussions, guided meditations, expanded thinking exercises and holistic modalities. Come join us to connect with other heart open individuals, and have a lot of fun.
Small group format means support you can trust.
A small format group consists of 6-8 people that stays consistent for 6 sessions. The reason the group stays consistent is to allow the group to form trusting relationships and personal connections and create an opportunity to grow together over the course of 3 months.
Healthy Mindset
The group format will include guided meditation, group discussion, opportunities to share intentions and ask for support within the small group of individuals. It is facilitated by a professional wellness coach. The group will have opportunity to suggest topics of interest for weekly discussions.
This group meets in person in the lounge and includes aromatherapy, and a chance to sample some of our local herbal teas.
Group meets every other week
5/11/24- 7/20/24
Saturdays 1:00-2:30pm
No cost to attend
