Singing Bowls 101

Join us for a fun and interactive sound healing workshop featuring Vibrational Sound Therapist Marie de Martinez as our special guest instructor.  de Martinez holds an MA in Communication, is a Certified Professional Executive and Life Coach, a Neurolinguistics Master Practitioner, a Certified Mediator with a specialty in Health Care, and a Vibrational Sound Therapist. 

In this immersive workshop, discover the profound principles of sound healing and immerse yourself in the art of playing singing bowls, therapeutic bowls, and other percussion instruments to integrate into energy work and deepen the experience for the client and practitioner.

Marie will guide us through the intricate techniques of harnessing sound vibration for healing, offering a comprehensive understanding of how sound influences our well-being.  Learn the intricate nuances of playing singing bowls, mastering their resonance and harmonies, and delve into the therapeutic potential they hold.

By the end of this workshop, you'll have acquired the skills to choose appropriate sound tools to utilize with specific instruments. You will understand the difference and application of therapeutic sound bowls and singing bowls and how they can be used most effectively to enhance energy work. We will help you to create a comfortable and unique signature for your work.. to expertly play singing bowls but also gain the knowledge to conduct your own powerful and effective sound healing sessions. 

The session will end with a meditative Sound Bath to send you into the world relaxed, confident, and creative as you continue your healing journey.
