Come relax and reset with the beautiful frequencies of crystal singing bowls, and the powerful sounds of chimes, tibetan bowls, and more. Sound bath’s are a powerful way to help reset the body and reconnect with ourselves.
In Vedic tradition, koshas (or sheaths) are layers of the body. Each layer deals with a different elements, and within each layer is a different purpose and aspect of ourselves. The intention of this sound bath is to connect to our energetic sheath, which is our 2nd sheath. Firstly is the physical body, followed by the energetic, the mental, the wisdom, the bliss, and then at the very center is our soul.
Most of us are very use to working with our physical and mental body sheaths, but the energetic is one that is often overlooked in western culture. For this sound bath you will be guided by sound into a relaxed meditative state to restore and reconnect with your energy body - as connection with each sheath is important to the overall health of your system.
