In a world of noise and constant information overload, we can find ways to pause and gain more inner peace and clarity.  This is a wellness group for young adults ages 16-20,  aimed to share the art of being still. Each session will focus on a teen related wellness topic and an example of a mind, body and spirit modality (holistic healing practice) to teach the art of reflection and pause in the daily stresses of life, to achieve that inner peace.

Learn about new ways to take care of your mind, body and spirit.

Interactive demonstrations of mind, body and spirit modules (holistic healing practices) may include, meditation, sound bath therapy, theta wave and binaural beats concentration and sleep music, tapping for anxiety, open heart journaling, doodling your emotions journaling, gratitude journaling, restorative yoga, stretching, and other.

Once a month, restore and refuel your soul.

Group meets once a month on the last Saturday of the month for 90 minutes. Topics and agenda for the session will be posted prior to each session.

This is a chance to take care of you.

Sometimes life can feel difficult, and things feel out of control. Learn how to spark that inner light within --to do the deep quiet and very courageous introspective work that will give you new perspective and clarity. This is also a way to unleash more creativity, more self confidence and  increase peace and inner joy.

Details

Group meets once a month on a Saturday afternoon for 90 minutes in a calming wellness space with soft meditation mats, blankets and refreshments.
