About the event

For this teaching tea, we have asked Gavin Poulton, (Certified Aromatherapist) and Founder of Restore Hope Oil to share the science behind his latest trio of therapeutic blends designed to assist the body during the various phases of the female cycle.

The Empowered Trio is a collection of proprietary essential oil roll on blends that we developed in collaboration with Dr. Mindy Pelz as a "Fast Like A Girl" (FLAG) APPROVED product. Each of the oils in this kit are associated with phases mentioned by Dr. Mindy in her book. The intent of this combination of essential oils is to assist the body during times of fasting and possible emotional imbalance that are associated with different days/times of a woman's cycle. Each of these essential oils do not need to be used at the same time, but rather can be helpful for different situations.

Included in this session:

  • Full-sized set of Restore Hope Oil's Empower Trio.  ($75 value)
  • An understanding of the science behind each of the blends
  • The knowledge to start using the oils effectively, that same day
  • As Always, a min meditation & tea brewing ritual will kick this Teaching Tea off
